first of all Download the e-control application by searching for it on Google play store and Apple store, or by clicking on the links below:

Connect to WiFi
Make sure the smartphone is connected to the local WiFi router which we want to add the broadlink smart device to.
Plug the Broadlink smart device to power.
Stat indicator
Make sure that the broadlink smart device light indicator is blinking fast (2~3 blink per second).
Open e-control
Open e-Control application on your smartphone.
add device
From the main screen of the e-control app press on the + (plus) Icon, located on the top right corner of the screen.
From the drop-list choose the 3d choice which is (Add device).
WiFi password
In this screen, you should be able to see your local WiFi network name (SSID) which your smartphone is currently connected to, “instead of wifi network in the image you will be seeing your WiFi network name”.
Type the currently connected to WiFi password correctly in the box below your WiFi network name.
NB: Also you can check your password by pressing the eye icon located at the end of the password box, and which will reveal the password letters for checking.
Configure
Finally After making sure that the password is correct, press on Configure buttons at the bottom of your application current page.
Connecting
Now, wait for like 30 second so that the Broadlink smart device is configured and connected automatically.
Finally, After reaching 100% your Broadlink smart device will show up as an icon that leads to the device control page.
